This page explains what Veylmont does with the information you give us through this website. It describes what the site actually does today — not what it might do.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form, and only when you send it:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- The service you are asking about
- The city or area you are interested in
- Anything you write in the message box
What we do not do
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and carries no advertising pixel. We do not build a profile of you, we do not track you across other websites, and we do not sell or rent your information to anybody.
Where you came from
If you reached us through an advertisement, the link carries campaign tags that tell us which advert brought you here. They describe the advert, not you.
What we do with it
One thing: a member of our team contacts you about the property enquiry you sent. Your details are stored in our own client system so whoever answers can see what you asked for.
How long we keep it
For as long as it takes to answer you and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back to us about the same enquiry. Ask us to delete it and we will.
Your choices
Write to us and you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We do not ask you to prove anything beyond being the person who sent the enquiry.
